Elizabeth was born and raised in Danville. She graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2010, and has a degree in International Relations. To that end she has spent significant time abroad working with children in Ecuador, Brazil and Peru. Elizabeth began her time with CASA as an Advocate Coordinator and transitioned to the roll of Executive Director in July of 2019.

Mallory Middendorf

Unassigned Case Manager

Mallory is deeply committed to serving the community. With three years of experience as a legal advocate for domestic violence survivors, she has developed a strong understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable populations. Currently, Mallory is dedicated to providing support and a nurturing environment for young people in care. Outside of advocacy, she enjoys singing, spending time with family, and watching anime. Mallory is excited to bring her passion to CASA, helping to make a positive impact.

Shayne Gettleman

Advocate Coordinator

Shayne was previously a legal advocate in the Domestic Violence and Transitional Shelter program. She also volunteers as a Disaster Relief Specialist for the American Red Cross. Shayne resides in Danville and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Michelle Allen

Advocate Coordinator and Unassigned Case Manager

Michelle is originally from the Chicago area, and was raised in Vermilion County. She has worked in the community in different capacities for over 18 years. She has worked with people of all ages; from newborns to seniors. Michelle believes wholeheartedly in the well-being of others, especially those who are unable to do for themselves. She looks forward to this new journey and the experiences that will come with being an Advocate Coordinator and Unassigned Case Manager.

Macy Davis

Advocate Coordinator, Outreach and Training Specialist

Macy moved to Danville in 2013 and has considered it home ever since. Her passion for community involvement began during her role as the head baker at Mad Goat Coffee. Through her own experience with family building, being a voice for children in need quickly became both a career and personal goal. Macy joined the CASA team in 2022 and is excited to continue to be part of changing our community and children’s lives for the better.
